4- Recruitment process and awareness
5- ATS experience preferably Freshteam
6- Achiever and Doer mentality
Task is simple:
-Building a pipeline of Recruitment ready to hire candidates
-Recruitment Fulfillment of requested resources (Interpreters)
-Documentation and data collection
